„You offer a roof rack to hire. We would find it useful to hire a bike rack as we have a villa and leave our bikes in Portugal but would like to explore further a field by driveing then riding our bikes. Also you are most helpful in supplying us with a parcel shelf and we understand you remove them to help stop thefts but this option would also be useful. Thank you and keep up the good service we have used you for many years and always recomend you to friends.”

„As a frequent traveller to the Algarve I have used car hire many times. Although Luzcar was more expensive I found the company very easy to deal with and I also appreciated not having to leave a large deposit on my credit card. The car was clean and adequate for the use I needed although it would have helped if a map of the Algarve had been included in the package. „We were greeted in a helpful and friendly manner. The service is very simple and easy, and exactly as advertised on the website. The inclusive insurance makes the whole process much less stressful,and the company has a very relaxed attitude, which made it a pleasure to rent from them. We had a free upgrade, which was a bonus - the air conditioning was certianly worth having as we hadn't expected it to be quite so hot in April.

„Recommend that you change policy to return fuel tank of car full rather than same amount of fuel. Two reasons. Full tank to start off on journey is best / safe driving practice. I was getting warning light after just 50km on motorway with two young children.Second one inevitably ends up paying for fuel that I did not use. I filled tank that was almost empty at start of holiday and did not drive as much as had anticipated I would. Other than that I was very pleased with service. Many thanks”

Also on returning the car, at Faro airport, perhaps a little better explination on how to get the car back into the car park would have been helpful.
