„We always book with you, what you see is what you get. Always satisfied. However we are a bit concerned with the new system that Faro airport has enforced upon the car hire companies.
Not sure how it will work in the height of the season with cars not being allowed on site until the customer is present. We may think about taking the shuttle bus to Lagos and then hiring a car from you once there.

„On this particular occasion we had the usual LUZCAR good service however as we were returning the car to car park 4 we were astounded to see the numbers of people trying to obtain their pre booked vehicles. We spoke with several people who said they had been been queing for the best part of an hour.
Unless this situation can be rectified by the airport authority it will certainly affect
our wish to continue to use the hitherto very good services of LUZCAR.
Please feel free to use our comments in your efforts to make the authorities see sense.
Whatever the outcome we will not be forced into using any of the major hire companies Avis or Hertz etc who in my considerable experience offer an inferior service to that provided bt LUZCAR.”

Very pleasing not to have the usual up-sale & rip-off tactics used by other rental companies. It would make life easier having the car ready with a full tank of fuel on collection & then the customer returns the car with a full tank of fuel etc. ”
