Payments

Online Bookings do not require advance payment for groups A, B, C, D or E. Please note that confirmation of reservations of rental cars within Groups F, G and H can only be provided following a pre-payment of 50% of the total value of the rental. Clients are requested to send the following debit/credit card details ( Credit Card No, Name of Holder, Expiry Date ) when making a reservation for vehicles in these categories.

We only deliver cars to addresses in the Lagos area and at pre-notified flight arrival times at Faro Airport.
Reservations must be received no less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival time to guarantee a confirmed booking.
When completing our reservations form, please do not forget to register your correct E-mail address in    the field as without we cannot reply to you.

Airport Service

To make a reservation we must have your flight number and flight arrival time in Faro Airport
Faro Airport, Your car will be waiting for you on your exit from the baggage hall! Look for our agent with the Luzcar sign!
Please note cars are only available for collection at Faro Airport between 07:00 and 20:00.
An English Speaking representative will be at the airport to deliver your car to you! The representative will assist you complete the contract and payment procedures in the airport! ( Please note that payment is best in cash or by credit card). Just look for the LUZCAR sign on exiting the baggage hall.
After collecting your luggage in the baggage hall exit through the barriers into the arrivals hall and turn left in the direction of the centre of the hall. After 10 metres you will see a yellow line on the floor and there you will find the Luzcar representative.
Please ensure that you have available for inspection passports and valid drivers licences!
Airport tax of 15 Euro is required for pickup of the car in Faro Airport

Car return

At the end of your rental just leave your car in the Faro airport car park or Lagos office

Prices Included:

Theft protection, And unlimited kilometres.
Baby seats are available free of charge upon demand and acording to the availability of them. We do not supply roof racks for the cars.
Additional drivers for your LUZCAR vehicle can be added to your rental contract free of charge subject    to provision of relevant drivers licences and age - restrictions.
Trips in Spain. Luzcar vehicles can be taken to Andalucia including Sevilla, Cordoba, Cadiz, Granada.
No cautions

Payment Conditions:

Payment is due on collection of the vehicle and processing the rental agreement.
Prices for three days are equivalent to 50 % of weekly prices.
For periods between 4 and 7 days, prices are equivalent to the daily pro-rata of the 3 day price.
(Ex. a 4 day rental would cost equivalent of the 3 day price divided by 3, than multiply by 4.)
For periods after 7 days is pro-rata.
(Ex. a 10 day rental would cost the equivalent of the weekly price divided by 7, and multiply by 10.)

Fuel policy:

No fuel deposit is required.
Customers should return vehicles with the same quantity of fuel as when they were picked up.
