When we last came out in June I spoke on the phone with someone at the head office because I ed to Pay - we had arrived too late to meet your representative and I was concerned about getting payment to you. The collection service for late time arrival is great and appreciated that you would allow the car to be taken prior to receiving payment.
When speaking to your head office I was also told that providing details such as Driving License Number, Local Phone No and address where we were staying would speed up the collection service. As such when booking I provided all this information and yet when collecting the car from your representative he had none of this information and I had to go through the whole process again.
I was given a New C3 which I wouldn't call "Similar" to a Polo - certainly not in quality even if it was in size. The main concern was that the airbag failure light came on from the first time I switched the car on and although I did not see fit to walk back in to the terminal to change the car it should not have been made available for rental with such a fault showing.
I have been using your company for a number of years and continued to be pleased with the overall service you provide. However, I have provided this feedback because you have requested it and i hope it helps with your intention to improve your service.
P.S. I would prefer to pay by credit card at arrival as I have always done rather than either of the two mandatory options provided in your survey. ...»
