We recieved a friendly welcome from your representative at the airport, although it did take us a while to find her. Maybe this is where you could improve your service. Also on returning the car, at Faro airport, perhaps a little better explination on how to get the car back into the car park would have been helpful. we had a puncture on the way to the airport, we contacted the company to let them know as we had no spare tyre. We where told there should be a spare tyre. After many calls a spare car was brought but the time taken meant that we missed our flight on arrival told us about the foam instead of the tyre. No-one over the space of an hour and a half, and at least 6 calls, informed us of this.
The missed flight incurred extra costs of over 150 euros.

Apart from this incident everything had gone really well. We look forward to hearing your comments on this.
