On this particular occasion we had the usual LUZCAR good service however as we were returning the car to car park 4 we were astounded to see the numbers of people trying to obtain their pre booked vehicles. We spoke with several people who said they had been been queing for the best part of an hour.
Unless this situation can be rectified by the airport authority it will certainly affect
our wish to continue to use the hitherto very good services of LUZCAR.
Please feel free to use our comments in your efforts to make the authorities see sense.
