„Car was mechanically OK, but appearance was poor. No wheel caps and large scratches on bodywork.No boot cover and one odd rear headrest. Car was renault megane 98 DM 68.i would suggest a refund for the poor quality of the car's appearance.”

„To make it a really first-class service, I would suggest you consider providing each car with a full tank of petrol, which is filled by the user at the end of the rental period, rather than the system you currently adopt. Also to provide a road map. ”
