„It would helpful to be a bit more visible at the airport, particularly for a first time user. It would also be helpful to have a printed copy of the airport hire car parking facilities showing the one way system and the Luzcar parking bays. This would save your representative having to draw a diagram for each first time client. Otherwise the service was excellent in all other respects.”

„This is the third time we have used Lagos Car Hire, and I was disapointed when it took us 40 minutes to find the Rep at Faro Airport. He was hidden round the back behind the coffee shop and not where it said on your confirmation note. I then signed to say the car had a quarter tank of petrol. It was totally empty,and on the reserve, I told the rep, and he said I needed to get petrol straight away. I returned it with quarter tank.

„We have use used LUZ car hire on regular occasions over the past 5 years, (family = 6 times this year). This time the car was not up to your normal standard, it was dirty inside and didnt feel mechanically sound, i.e. brakes noisey and drivers seat belt didn't work correctly.”

„Difficult to find represntative at airport. Car was damaged, dented, scratched. Tyres nearly bold with two children this concerned me. Also no fuel in the vehicle so the first thing we had to do was find a petrol station which added time to our journey. With that said the car was reliable and did what we needed it to do. You should be more specific to what vehicle we'll be getting on booking, we were offered a smaller car and had to challenge this to get the car i booked as we had a lot of luggage. The website was difficlut to find as there are a few of similar name. I will however still use you as you're the cheapest but that's the only reason. ”

„Very pleased with the quality of service. Would however recomend clearer details of exactly where to pick up car as there are no signs for car park 4 at Faro when you come out of airport in the dark. Staff in Lagos office very friendly and efficient.”
