„we had a puncture on the way to the airport, we contacted the company to let them know as we had no spare tyre. We where told there should be a spare tyre. After many calls a spare car was brought but the time taken meant that we missed our flight on arrival told us about the foam instead of the tyre. No-one over the space of an hour and a half, and at least 6 calls, informed us of this.
The missed flight incurred extra costs of over 150 euros.
Apart from this incident everything had gone really well. We look forward to hearing your comments on this.

„I Have used Luz Car for almost 10 years.I have recommended Luz to several friends who now also hire cars,I also supply details to guests and friends who use our house.However I was very dissappointed last summer when I was informed that there were no available cars. This was after having been told by phone that some small cars were availible.I think some confussion arises because of 2 websites,luzcar.com and lagoscarhire.com.Maybe there should be some form of loyalty scheme for regular users and referals.On the whole apart form this experiance it is a very good service.Kind Regards Gavin Smyth”

„the only negative was when we returned the car to the airport. we were given no instructions on the return proceedure. nobody was there to take delivery of the vehcile. At the end we had to leave the car unlocked and place the keys above the sun visor.”
