„Returning the car on Sat-July 9 - was a big problem. The road was closed and no new directions given on how to get to the carpark. It took me 30 mins to find out and we had a plane to catch.
Also, I use your firm regilarly(twice already this year- and we are back in Sept) as do my children but there is never a loyalty reward-loyalty discount. nevertheless, I have always found your service excellent.”
