„The toll payment system is rather irratic and made me use the main 125 all the time accept when returning to the airport to fly home. A weekly or daily fee to use the motoway would make it easier for tourists to pay when they acept the car /s for hire companies and not wait until they arrive home and then have to pay 7.05 euro's over the internet. Apart from that, I will again (2nd year) use your car hire again.”

„I booked a small budget car ( my choice) which is basic but very good value for money. the disruption at the airport caused some confusion as no one was waiting outside arrivals. we had to ask several people where we needed to go to collect car and it was a long walk in the dark with an elderly lady to car park 4. I appreciate that the disruption was not your fault but it would be much better if a Luz car rep was outside the arrivals to point customers in the right direction.”
