I am surprised that you have asked me for feedback given that you failed to provide me with a car.
I made the booking months in advance of travelling for the car to be delivered to our hotel. After waiting at the hotel for the car to arrive I finally telephoned to enquire where the car was (a station wagon as we have wheelchair) and was told that you didn't have the car available or anything else suitable. No one even had the courtesy to tell us that you would not be providing a car causing us to waste a day of our holiday.
Obviously I would never recommend anyone to use your company, quite the opposite.

We did not know how to find the 'hire area' at Faro airport but once we found that it was mobile then everything ran smoothly from there. Perhaps you should tell us that you do not have a booth at the airport.

We have used your services many times. You have always given us excellent service, the car has always been available as arranged, and the ease of pick-up and drop-off is a major deciding factor. On a couple of occasions we have had difficulties, such as the transport strike when we couldn't buy deisel fuel, and you assisted straight away by providing an exchange vehicle with a petrol engine. We will always recommend you to friends, and would not think of using anywhere else.

Easy to book. Great value. Excellent service, honest, friendly and efficient. Our car was upgraded free of charge and it was very reassuring to know that the price included fully comprehensive insurance with no excess or hidden charges.

When we last came out in June I spoke on the phone with someone at the head office because I wanted to Pay - we had arrived too late to meet your representative and I was concerned about getting payment to you. The collection service for late time arrival is great and appreciated that you would allow the car to be taken prior to receiving payment.
When speaking to your head office I was also told that providing details such as Driving License Number, Local Phone No and address where we were staying would speed up the collection service. As such when booking I provided all this information and yet when collecting the car from your representative he had none of this information and I had to go through the whole process again.
I was given a New C3 which I wouldn't call "Similar" to a Polo - certainly not in quality even if it was in size. The main concern was that the airbag failure light came on from the first time I switched the car on and although I did not see fit to walk back in to the terminal to change the car it should not have been made available for rental with such a fault showing.
I have been using your company for a number of years and continued to be pleased with the overall service you provide. However, I have provided this feedback because you have requested it and i hope it helps with your intention to improve your service.

We asked for a petrol car but got a diesel. The car was dusty inside and the carpets worn. There was a large scratch on the nearside rear. We have had better cars from you in previous years. However as your booking procedures ar so easy, we would book with you again and hope for a cleaner car.

On returning the car I was told to leave the key on the dash board, however, it looked too obvious so I replaced it on the shock observer of the front left hand wheel.

Very good service. Only issue was having to go to the office to register due to late arrival. Perhaps have the form in the car and a dedicated lagoscarhire postbox facility at the airport.

We hired the Opel Vivaro. It would have been useful to have a small step, as 1 of our passengers was disabled making it hard to get in. Also, some of the tyres were not in good condition. Other than that, very pleased with everything including airport pickup/dropoff and price. Thank you.

The only problem was the meeting point at the airport. The instructions of where to meet the representative did not correspond to where she actually was so please change the instructions of where to meet
