„Booking with Luzcar was very straightforward. The collection of the car at the Lagos office was simple with only one form to complete, and within 10 minutes we were on our way. There was even a verbal agreement that we would return the car with the same amount of petrol, but nothing in writing. Upon the car's return, we merely handed the keys back- there was no checking of petrol levels, no checking or asking if there had been any bumps etc ( presumably because FULL insurance is included). The only slight concern is that the office dose close for a couple of hours in the afternoon, so if you did break down at that time you may not be able to get immediate assistance- perhaps a mobile number should be included...? We will certainly use Luz Cars again and would have no hesitation in recommending the company to friends etc. Thank you.”
